SSH OPTION CERTIFICATES EXERCISED FOR SHARE SUBSCRIPTION

According to the I/2003 option program, 164 shares were subscribed
for using class B option certificates and 333 shares using 
class C option certificates. The subscription period
for shares with I/2003 B option certificates started May 1, 2005 and with I/2003 C 
option certificates started May 1, 2006. The issue of the I/2003 
Stock Option Program was approved by the Annual General Meeting of April 29, 2003.

According to the II/2003 option program, 375 shares were subscribed 
for using A option certificates, 375 shares using class B option
certificates, 375 shares were subscribed for using C option
certificates and 375 shares using D option certificates. The subscription
period for shares with II/2003 A option certificates 
started May 1, 2004, with II/2003 B option certificates May 1, 2005, 
with II/2003 C option certificates May 1, 2006 and with II/2003 D 
option certificates May 1, 2007. The issue of the II/2003 Stock 
Option Program was approved by the Annual General Meeting of April 29, 2003. 

The corresponding increase in the share capital, in total EUR 59,91 
was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on September 26, 2008.
As a result of the increase, the share capital of the company is EUR
856.508,25 and the total number of shares 28.550.275.

The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders’
rights from the registration date September 26, 2008. The new shares
will be listed on the Nordic list in Helsinki together with the other
shares as of September 29, 2008.
